Just asking for some help/guidance here if possible. This one was a fast assault on a networked laptop. Running Vista home basic. Whatever it is disabled all my antivirus stuff. All the shortcuts to anything having to do with cleaning have that defender shield on them and the programs will not run. Additionally, it won't let me run combofix to even get a log, says access denied, must be administrator and such. For quite some time prior to this meltdown, some things were a little off, for example, Hotmail was slow and crashed/froze often. I took it off network, and as instructed, was able to change the name of hijackthis, ran it and here is the log file:
