Hijack this report - malware? huge cpu leak with svchost.exe

I have used all kind of spyware, antivirus, rootkits etc and nothing detects it. Everything reports back the system is clean, but my cpu is running non stop at 45% at its lowerst with nothing open. When I remove it from my processess, it is about 1 -2 minutes and the file pops up and starts running again. I run my regcure everyday and this week twice a day and there are always over 100 empty registry files, that is weird.

Here is my hijack this report, please let me know ifyou see anyting I can delete or repair. Speak of repair, I get an error message the last week that says "The procedure entry point istewindwmessageA could not be located in the dynamic link library user32.dll. Does this error message have anything o do with m,y ongoing fight with the svchost file and rapid loss of my cpu power.

We are sorry you have waited so long for a response. As you can see, we are quite busy as are all the other help forums. Also, it is possible that you received no response because there was no malware evident in your HijackThis log.

If you still require help, please start a new topic and post a fresh HijackThis log, along with a complete description of all symptoms you are currently experiencing that make you feel your system is infected with malware. Also, in the same post, please include an Uninstall List.

To create an Uninstall List, open HijackThis and, from the Main Menu > click on the "Open the Misc Tools section" button > click "Open Uninstall Manager" > click "Save List." Save the list to your Desktop or any convenient location. Next, copy the contents of the Uninstall List and paste it into the same post as your HijackThis log.
