Computer slows up or simlpy freezes

Hi Im running Vista Ultimate on a Perntium core duo

My machine would suddenly freeze and hang. Most of the times the mouse would still move but i cant do anything

Oftentimes it just freezes this never happened before though

my hijack log is attached to this post
