"Warning! Security report" viruse with pop ups

annoying virus where a bubble pop up appears from a shortcut icon which is a red circle with a white X in the middle. Also keep getting annoying pop ups tellin me i need to buy virus software to remove it.

ComboFix SHOULD NOT be used unless requested by a forum helper

Ensure you have disabled all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix.
If you need help to disable your protection programs see here.

When finished, it will produce a log for you. Please include the C:\ComboFix.txt in your next reply along with a fresh HijackThis log.
