Trojan?

I'm pretty sure I have some form of Alureon.gen!j and NOTHING I've tried has worked. I've followed the advice of countless forums and even had Microsoft customer support try and fix things, and while it seemed to work on my Vista partition, my Windows 7 partition is still affected. With the characteristic symptoms of not being able to access antivirus sites or their updates for antivirus softwares, or Microsoft updates and their services, it has really begun to annoy me.
