Another trojan

You'd think I would have learned my lesson a couple months ago... *sigh*. No noticeable problems other than the computer running insanely slow. My McAfee Antivirus wasn't picking anything up, but apparently after running Kaspersky it showed a couple of things. A quarantined thing called Not-a-virus:Adware and Trojan.win32.patched.
