I keep losing connection to the internet-have to unplug jacks--shut down--sometimes 4 or 5 times before I can connect again. I had another tech out today and after he was gone an hour I lost connection again. Got new modem-all new jacks--new line and a couple of new boxes(don't know what they were). And as you can probably guess-I'm new to computers and Truman was President when I was born.
