Whenever I go onto my computer, a dark blue background appears and it says in bold red letters that my computer is infected with spyware. Then this bogus anti spyware program starts running. It's preventing me from even opening up the internet. If I don't have internet access (I'm using a library computer right now) how can I get rid of this thing?

If you cannot access the internet with your computer, and you have no other computer available with which to download and transfer programs to the infected computer, then your only option may be to reformat your computer and reinstall the operating system.
