Please help me remove a mal-generic-A virus!

Hi I was reading on one of your message boards on how to get rid of a mal-generic-a virus. Anyway, I followed the instructions and downloaded the HijackThis program and created a log file or whatever and copied it...so I am going to paste it below. I am using Windows Vista 64-bit.
