Help with backdoor trojan removal

Hi there,
Can anyone help me resolve this issue.I use Norton Antivirus2009 and rescently found that i have a backdoor trojan affecting 3 files and 1 browser cache.Details are, globalroot\systemroot\system32\gxvxcipbwnudjoidatntowujnqltsqxyud.dll.
I have run a full system scan that comes up clean but then after a while a window pops up telling me I have a high security risk.What can I do cause I really haven't got a clue
