My HijackThis Log, Id appreciate some help in deciphering it

My computer has been pretty bogged down the last few weeks and its driving me crazy I've tried every free anti-virus I could and even went out and bought ZonAlarm out of my painc and hysteria of the thought that my computer may be compromised.

I'd sure appreciate some help here gents. Thank you.

Hi W33wt

HJT log is at least clean so let's check a bit deeper.

Please download RSIT by random/random... save it to your desktop.
  1. Double click on RSIT.exe to run it.
  2. Please read the disclaimer... click on Continue.
  3. RSIT will start running. When done... 2 logs files...will be produced.
  4. The first one, "log.txt", will be maximized
  5. The second one, "info.txt", will be minimized.

Please post both... "log.txt" and "info.txt", file contents in your next reply.
(These logs can be lengthy, so post 1 log per reply please.)
