Malware on my machine. Suspect SilentSpy and maybe others

During reboot I got weird program shutdown. Notable sw.exe found that it maybe Spyware SilentSpy. Tried to remove it but could not even access my regedit. Any help is appreciated. Attached is my Hijackthis log file. Thanks.
