I have been hijacked

From the descriptions that I have been able to find I believe that my computer has hijack malware. When surfing the internet I keep being sent to web sights with bad reputations. I am a firefox user however when the sights I am being sent to are going through internet exlporer. I have also on occasion been receiving a rndll error message. Before I knew to go to this site I did use the "analyze this" button . Below is the hijackthis log. Thank you for your help.

Uninstall list

Please post an Uninstall list.

1. Open HijackThis.
2. Click on the Open the Misc Tools section button.
3. Look under System tools.
4. Click on the Open Uninstall Manager... button.
5. Click on the Save list... button.
6. It will prompt you to save. Save this log in a convenient location, such as your Desktop By default it's named uninstall_list.txt.
7. Notepad will open. Please post this log in your next reply.
