Advertisement Virus

Hello
Lately i have received a virus that once in a while opens a new internet explorer page with ads.
The time between each ad is varied
I am using McAfee Antivirus
The McAfee has pickled up a virus but i can't remember what it was...
In my TEMP folder i keep getting these new .exe programs
They are named "ctv#.exe" Note: the # represents a random number

Help would be greatly appreciated

By posting just a description of your problems it is likely that your log will be passed by and you will not receive the help you're looking for.

We need to know what's running on your computer so that we can give you appropriate instructions, and this information is provided by a HijackThis log.
