Cannot use system restore (program tries to restore but cannot to a previous)
Cannot use (or reload) AO, tried numerous times Says it is missing snmaster.idx dile
System running verrrrry slow
ran defrag
ran ad-aware

In order for someone to analyze your HijackThis log, you must post the entire log, first line through last. The log you have posted has the entire lower half missing, which includes important information about your computer. You will need to provide us with a complete HijackThis log before we can help you.
