I believe I have some type of DNS rerouter on my machine.
I run AVG.

Hello again,
Just a quick follow up note.
By early Saturday, my machine just continually rebooted.
I could not even boot to safe mode.
So I reinstalled the OS.
It cost me another XP license, but I now have no issues.
I wanted to write and let you know before you did any more analysis of my HJT Log.
