Cant view pictures in IE7

Hi. I got some files from my brother last night that he downloaded from who knows where! I dont have any AV software at the moment. I am running Windows XP SP3, fully updated. Since this morning I cant view pictures in IE7 anymore, and I am not allowed to open the Internet Options thru IE, but I can open it thru the Control Panel. I dont know if I have a problem, but I would like to play it save. Thank in advance.

Retrieve the List of Installed programs Using HJT
Open HijackThis, click Open The Misc Tools Section. Then scroll down the list if you need to, click Open Uninstall Manager and Save List...
The List of installed programs will automatically be saved as uninstall_list.txt in your HiJackThis folder.
In addition, the list opens in Notepad so you can also save as another name in another location if you wish.
Please paste the contents into your next reply.

Post a New HiJackThis Log
Start HijackThis
Click Do System Scan and Save a Log File.
When the Scan is complete, select the whole log (Ctrl-A), copy and paste the log contents in a reply.
