Just checking to see if I am still clean. Ran Adaware and removed a few cookies. Ran spybot. housecall, trojan hunter, all show clean. This site and the people that help here are the best. :D

Welcome to the forum.
The log looks pretty good. Need to get rid of winform.exe
Print this out as you will be in safe mode.

Set Your Computer to Show All Files
Go to My Computer->Tools/View->Folder Options->View tab and make sure that 'Show hidden files and folders' (or 'Show all files') is enabled. Also make sure that 'Display the contents of system folders' is checked. In addition, if you have Windows XP, go to Start, Search. When you click on 'All files and folders' on the left pane, click on the 'More advanced options' at the bottom. Make sure that 'Search system folders', 'Search hidden files and folders', and 'Search subfolders' are checked.

Start Your Computer in Safe Mode.
Reboot into Safe Mode by hitting the F8 key repeatedly as the machine boots, until a menu shows up. Choose Safe Mode from the list. In some systems, this may be the F5 key, so try that if F8 doesn't work.

File and Folder Deletion.
In Windows Explorer, navigate to these files. Use Find (F3) or Start, Search if the folder is not shown; then Delete this file:
C:\wintotal\winform.exe
If you have any problem deleting a file, right click the file and check Properties to see if it's read-only. Uncheck the read-only box, click Apply and OK. Then retry Delete.
If a message pops up saying "File in use", or something like that, hit Ctrl-Alt-Delete and look under the Processes tab. If the filename is in there, click End Process, then retry delete.
Note if you cannot delete.
Edit > You can reboot here into normal mode

Copy/Paste/Run a Registry Edit
Copy/paste the following quote box into a new notepad document:
REGEDIT4

Make sure there are NO blank lines before REGEDIT4
Make sure there IS one blank line at the end of the file.

Save it as File Type All Files (not as a Text document, or it won't work).
Save it to your desktop as fixme.reg
Double click fixme.reg and merge it into the registry when asked.

Post a New HJT Log
Reboot your computer. Start HijackThis. Click Do System Scan and Save a Log File.
When the Scan is complete, select the whole log (Ctrl-A), copy and paste the log contents in a reply.

Let me know how it goes.

Rut Roh, My appraisal software needed that file to run :( Checked it on my other machines, the file is there. Tried to copy it and place it on this machine, but it still does not work. Any way to retrieve that file? Please help.

Ok, software has an auto update and some kind of safe start. It updated and reloaded missing file. All works now. :D

That file has been universally associated with the spyware/adware called "Winad"

I should have had you examine the properties of the file before removal.
