Trying to Reformat

I've been here with the same problem before but i was insisted upon reformatting by another member of the forum, I would love to reformat but i keep getting a Blue Screen stop error 0x007b saying i probably have a virus that runs on bootup. So could I get some assistance in getting rid of the virus as much as humanly possible in order to reformat? Slightly over a month ago, you were correctly advised to reformat because you had an extremely virulent infection on your system. The system has not been reformatted and now you return and matters appear to have worsened... at least I presume you're really not located in Prague, in the Czech Republic, which unfortunately is precisely the location that your HijackThis log is indicating. That does not bode well for the status of your system.

Your machine must be reformatted and the operating system reinstalled. If you are unable to accomplish this for whatever reason, then you will need to take your machine to a trusted local shop and have the work done there.

As the resolution of this issue requires a reformat and there appear to be obstacles, the resolution of which lie beyond the scope of an online forum, this topic is now closed.
