Help with Search Settings 1.2.2

Hello,

I don't remember exactly how it happened but I was visiting a random link from facebook and my Avira AV detected a warning/virus. I tried to delete/deny access but seems like it didn't work. Since then, I would have the Search Settings Installer pop up almost everytime I open my documents, websites, etc.

How should I go about removing it? Is it harmful?

Please help. Thank you.
