This new program has shown up and is causing plenty of problems. It happened while we were doing taxes and we were asked to download some form that was needed. As soon as this happened, this program came out and has been causing problems. It interferes with McAfee and it also causes pop ups of problems that aren't actually real.

The HJT file said something about files that wouldn't allow and mentioned a way to delete them but it was kind of confusing in how it was saying to do so. It mentioned notepad C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts but I didn't have anything at that... it stops at etc and then has some other items that can not be opened.

The HJT file said something about files that wouldn't allow and mentioned a way to delete them but it was kind of confusing in how it was saying to do so. It mentioned notepad C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts but I didn't have anything at that... it stops at etc and then has some other items that can not be opened.
