Vista Antivirus 2010 malware

I have a Vista 2007 computer, and recently received the malware: Vista Antivirus 2010

It acts like an antivirus, and it even blocked my windows defender and windows firewall. It seems like it just wants me to purchase the product. How do I rid my computer of this? It blocks anything and everything...only Comodo stops the malware...also if I shut the process down through taskmaster. The process is called MSASCui.exe*32, instead of the real MSASCui.exe defender.

Combofix didn't work, as I have a 64bit vista version...is there anything else I can do??
