Malware Problem that has stumped me

Having problems in two areas: All Google searches end up redirected to a page of useless content; and getting non-stop messages from Spy Sweep about all the spyware attempts it is blocking-it takes several hours to cycle through the list of spyware blocked- all in alphabetical order. Have run Spybot, Norton and Spysweep and unable to pick up anything. Hijack this info is below. Would appreciate any insight on how to correct. OS is XP. Thanks

In order for someone to analyze your HijackThis log, you must post the entire log, first line through last.
