Hijack this log file Please Help Me :)

Hello i am running Windows XP Media Center Adition w/SP 3 i have been having trouble with a hijacker program for some time now i have ran all the anti spyware programs i have and also LSPFix, windows defender, MSRT, and the Windows Live Safety Center's 'Protection' scan. But still when i access a search engine and click one of the results links it redirects me to some random advertisement. I was then told to run hijackthis and supmit my log file can anyone help me weed out what i need and dont need :) This is my Log file results

In order for someone to analyze your HijackThis log, you must post the entire log, first line through last. The log you have posted has the header missing, which includes important information about your computer. You will need to provide us with a complete HijackThis log before we can help you.
