Hijack this log - TrojanASPXJS.Win32

THanks in advance for any help you can provide to me. This evening I got the Trojan Virus mentioned in the subject line. My McAfee program later indicated that it had found the trojan and removed it. Nonetheless, each time I reboot, I find unwanted pictures on my desktop and my Windows Security Alert keeps popping up to notify me that "Dnager! Harmful viruses have been found on your computer!" and that "Unauthorized person tries to steal your passwords." I am not able to stop these messages from popping up from my system tray.

I downloaded HijackThis and ran a scan (AFTER MacAfee said it had removed the Trojan) that resulted in the following log:

I see from your HJT log that you're using a 64 bit operating system.

Unfortunately, the tools we use to analyze and remove infections do not work properly on a 64 bit operating system, and their results cannot be relied upon. Because of this, it is almost impossible for us to correctly diagnose problems, and the fixes we might offer could potentially do as much damage to your computer as any infection you might have.

Due to the above stated reasons, we do not at this time offer support for 64 bit operating systems. We are sorry that we are currently unable to assist you.
