Removing catchme trojan

Hi,

I have a very basic question. I ran Spyware Doctor and found out I was infected by Trojan-Downloader.Mulro (CATCHME). Well, on many forums, it is said that the registry entries have just been created by Combofix. Anyway, I wanted to remove some entries from the registry and I got the error "Impossible to remove this value". Why? Why can't I remove an registry entry? I've had a look at the services (services.msc) and catchme isn't running...
