Having Issues with Cdn.optmd.com.

I think I was infected with a virus last week sometime but am not sure.
I have lost functionallity to some apps.
I also have been getting auto popups while logging that shoots me over to hxxp://cdn.optmd.com/V2/41975/140046/index.html?g=Af////8=&r=www.tuff-music.com/playlists.htm

Needless to say this is driving me nuts. I need help analyzing the log to see if there is anything that stands out as malware.

I see from your HJT log that you're using a 64 bit operating system.

Unfortunately, the tools we use to analyze and remove infections do not work properly on a 64 bit operating system, and their results cannot be relied upon. Because of this, it is almost impossible for us to correctly diagnose problems, and the fixes we might offer could potentially do as much damage to your computer as any infection you might have.
