HijackThis scan log?

Ok the first time i guess I took too long to reply to the topic, so I'm trying this again. Last time, I posted a topic with my scan log, followed the instructions, except one of the items listed wasn't in the new scan. One was very similar, but i chose not to delete it. Now the internet is periodically switching to websites i had visited a few minutes earlier, and an invisible window is opened at mainad.com i believe, which plays advertisements that I can hear. Also, with no internet pages open, my email came up and automatically started a message addressed to privacy @ quinstreet.com or something like that.
