I'm posting here based on the advice from an email from your team indicating a malware overload situation in the typical 72 hour turnaround. No problemo - - we're just happy you are here to help, and "good things are worth waiting for". I'm emailing from a different computer because the victim machine is so slow it is essentially useless.
