It's been almost a month now that I can't print from my laptop. I uninstalled the software, reinstalled it, but I keep getting error messages. I also get error messages when I go to click on folders in my C drive. My laptop doesn't seem to be running any slower.
ETA: I've got a new symptom. When I type an error in my web field (such as http://www.malwarerevomal.com) a "gator host" page comes up, vs the normal "website not found".

I see you are using an x64 (64 bit) version of Windows.
