Removing Antimalware Doctor

Hi all,


My system has been infected by something called "Antimalware doctor." from what I've read online it seems to be a really nasty virus (it basically pretends altering me that my system has become infected. I know vitually nothing about things like this and I was wondering if anyone could walk me through getting rid of it- its really doing my head in as it keeps popping up.

Help would be very much appreciated
