My hard drive light flashes constantly aboutonce per second. I've tried going into msconfig and modifying start up, I've tried other types of malware tools, (CCleaner,Malwarebytes, and Combo Fix) besides Hijackthis with no luck. Where do I go from here. HELP. :(

By posting just a description of your problems it is likely that your topic will be passed by and you will not receive the help you're requesting.
We need to know what's running on your computer so that we can provide the appropriate instructions.

ComboFix is not a tool that is intended to be used without the direct supervision of a qualified expert. To use ComboFix on your own (especially without the Recovery Console installed) is to court disaster for your computer. Please stop all attempts at self-fixes for your system's issues as that may only confuse the issue further and cause additional problems as well.

One thing you can check is to see if INDEXING is turned on for the hard drive in question. This can cause additional disk activity.

May I draw your attention to THIS topic, which you should have read, that states what we need you to post, so we can help you.
