File: c:\Windows\Temp\000001A9, Infection: Virus found Win32/Heur, Result: Object is inaccessible

File: c:\Windows\Temp\0000021B, Infection: Virus found Win32/Heur, Result: Object is inaccessible

I have been unable to get rid of them. Someone please help.
