Browser Hijacked

I have a laptop that I use at work. I never go to questionable sites, and I managed to pick up a nasty little virus/malware problem. I fixed most of the problems, or at least enough of them that I can get it working online again, but when I do Google searches, it redirects me to ad sites.

Any help would be appreciated.
