Help! Contracted the Trojan.moo virus. Need assistance

Running NAV 2003 and identifed it however could not remove it.
Each time I start a Internet session it takes me to anther start page.
I keep getting pop up message your computer is infected where the Microsoft updat is. Can someone please assist me in where to begin?
