Need Help Please

I have been having problems with my comp as of lately and I work from my computer with credit cards on a regular basis, and every time I scan my computer every day it says I have like 100+ problems... I would appreciate some help with this, here is my Hijack this scan. I am not sure what the DDS thing stood for so I will post this and if ya need anything else please let me know. I need to get my comp clean asap... I found a Trojan just yesterday but pretty sure I got rid of that one.
