I think I'm infected (restart)

I was unable to post within 3 days as requested because I've been sitting with my grandmother in the hospital. She just had a heart attack and I've been there every day before and after work. Can I just post the link to my other request for help or do I really have to start all over?

Funny thing is, she is supposed to go home today, so I wouldve been completing the instructions and posting this afternoon. Let me know what steps to take from here.

Unfortunately you will have to start over.

Please open a new thread in the Malware Removal forum, include a
fresh DDS log, and wait for a new helper.
