I AM SORRY I DO NOT VERY WELL IN ENGLISH BUT I HAVE A MALWARE IN MY PC IS INFECTED I TRIED TO ELIMINETED WITH NORTON BUT THEY FAILED THEY SAID THAT THEY FINDED AN ERROR AND HAVE TO CLOSE I RESET MY COMPUTER BUT THEY MOVED AND THEY KEED IN RESTORED PLEASE IF YOU COULD HELP ME
