PC has a virus as fan on loud and can't run DDS

Hi,

My PC has contracted a virus. I have downloaded and tried to install malwarebytes in both normal and safe mode but receive the error, Access is denied.

I have tried to download and run DDS, but the error message "Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access them" appears.

I am the only person who uses my home laptop.

AVG and other anti-spyware software doesn't seem to work either. Please can someone help me, and guide me how to get my computer back to normal.

The System Restore doesn't seem to work either.

Can you give me a bit of information about your computer.
Is it windows XP, Vista, 7, or 8? if it's windows 7 or 8 is it 32 or 64 bit?
