SpywareStrike infection

Hi, looks like this machine has been infected with spywarestrike... I followed the instructions I found on this site for the removal of
Spyaxe... everything seemed to go ok, cept when I rebooted, the old familiar blinking message reappeared...

Could you please peruse this logfile to see if you can see where I may begin to sort this out?
