Website Infected, please help!

Hello, the website of the non for profit that I work for VAEArts.org has been infected with malware. When you try to access the website you get redirected to a google alert that says: Suspected Malware Site.
Please help, we are a non for profit and all site I have found for help are very expensive.
I already called our hosting company and opened a ticket with them, but I think I am on my own in figuring out the problem and cleaning the website. can someone help me please? I am don't even know where to begin.
