W10 pc infected - "Activate Windows" message appears !

Hello,

My pc has been severely infected i dont know by what. The main symptom are the following :
- W10 start menu not opening
- right click on Start menu not working anymore
- can not access new Win10 control panel
- message saying "Pls activate Windows10" appears on the right bottom side of the screen, after a few hours my pc is turned on.

Here are the FRST logs.
