Please help...new infections!

A recent scan using spybot and ewido both found several nasties such as CoolWWWsearch, Spyfighter, etc. I removed what was found but suspect other nasties still lingering...keyloggers? I would greatly appreciate a review of my HJT log:

Welcome to Malware Removal, I'm Bod and here to help you with your Hijack This log.

Please only use this topic for your replies on this problem. Do not start another thread.
The fixes we will use are specific to your problems and should only be used for this problem on this computer.
These things need to be properly researched and a complete fix for many malware problems can take some time and be spread over a number of posts, so please be patient and try to see it through to the end.

I am currently looking over your log and as I am an undergraduate at Malware Removal University, everything that I post to you must be checked by an expert. There may therefore be a slight delay between posts. I will post back as soon as I can.

Hi Matthew,

I've looked through your log, and everything looks OK.

Running Processes
You do seem to have a lot of running processes and a lot of programs and services autostarting (see the O4 and O23 sections of your log). Maybe you need to look through the list an consider whether they are all actually needed. If you do decide to stop any from auto starting, use setup / preferences for each application in question, NOT Hijack This to do that.

Temporary Files
You've probably got a lot of Windows Temporary files and Temporary Internet files.
Download ATF Cleaner from http://www.atribune.org/ccount/click.php?id=1, run ATF Cleaner, and click on the check box to select the following options:
Windows Temp
All Users Temp
Temporary Internet Files
Click "Empty Selected". Exit when finished.

Ewido
I've noticed that you have Ewido installed, so as a final check, run Ewido, update, and carry out a full system scan. Beware of false positives, so check each item found before choosing to remove. At the end of the scan, save the report and post it back for me to have a look at.

Hello Bod.

Thank you for taking the time to review my log.

I ran ATF cleaner as suggested and will go through the list of programs/services that run on start up to see if they are all necessary...some are used very rarely.

The most recent ewido scan was clean. Many thanks for your help!
