I can't erase a trojan file from my computer. Help me please

Hi,
In my start up Ewido finds a virus located in system32 folder name tussq.dll, but il can erase it. I try to do it manually whit HiJackthis and wih Killbox impossible it doesnt works even with the Delete on Reboot option I have this message (PendingFileRenameOperations Registry Data has been Removed by External Process!) . So If some body can help me please

Looks like a Vundo file..

Shaba's on top of it though. Has answered your post in the HJT logs forum. He'll get ya sorted :)
