Clean and infected download managers

Since we have a list of clean and infected P2P programs, I'm thinking why not we have a list of clean and infected download managers as well.

The article at Safer Networking hasn't been updated for quite some time and will be a good idea to get an updated list as well. :)

to do so would require a person or team of people to do the testing and maintain that page of info.

If such a person or team was to approach me - we would see what could be done.
