SUGEESTION ON INSTALATION OF YAHOO MESSENGER

HELLO FRIENDS,

WHILE INSTALING YAHOO MESSENGER IN MY SYSTEM IAM GETTING ERROR.AFTER COMPLETING THE PROCESS 4% LIKE THAT THE MESSAGE IS COMING THAT DOWNLOAD HAS BEEN STOPPED FROM THE SERVER ABORT OR RETRY WHEN I CLICKED RETRY THE MESSAGE IS COMING AGAIN AND THE INSTALATION GOT STRUCED.SO WHAT I NEED TO DO TO INSTALL MESSENGER I NEED TO FORMAT MY SYSTEM OR IS THERE ANY OTHER WAY PLEASE HELP ME OUT REGARDING THIS.
