No multiquote button, sorry. 
To reply to multiple posts in a topic just start your post (but don't use the "Quick Reply" box) and scroll down the page to where the topic's posts are shown. Each post will have a "quote" button in its upper right-hand corner. Click on the "quote" button in those posts to which you wish to respond and the post contents will be added to your post as quotes.
