I see systemlook.exe mentioned in several forums with these links:

Does it have an official home page?
Which download page has the latest version ?
Is there an official how to use page?
What is the current version?

As far as I'm aware, that tool is no longer supported by the author, however it is still functional, and therefore still used by many helpers.

It was not intended for the use of the "general public", so the instructions for its use are accessible only within certain online help forums, and only to trained helpers (or those training to be helpers).
