Hi Just wanted to say thankyou for solving my malware problem. After months of pulling my hair out and trying various malware removal tools. I stumbled across your site, what a godsend! You have saved my laptop and more importantly my sanity. :lol:

Very BIG Thank You to Cypher! Sorry it took me a few days to get back to the final step of the process but I finished up and am reading the article on protecting my computer from here out. Cypher was VERY helpful and made things easy for me to understand. I was really worried about my computer with all the viruses I had somehow afforded a new home to on my computer. My computer is no longer acting up and is running much faster than before. Thank you again! I will definitely tell my friends about your GREAT website and the very helpful people, like Cypher.
