The event was more successful than we anticipated. It would not have even happened had it not been for your generous hearts. Thank you to each of you.
I hope to have photo's and video's up by the end of the week. The local news wrote a little about the event and can be viewed here and the actual news footage that aired can be seen here
Receipts for those that requested them are on their way, if you do not receive a receipt by next Monday please do not hesitate to let me know. Things got pretty hectic and I could have easily dropped the ball on getting everyone names and addresses to the lady that handles that for us.
We got to hear some pretty heartbreaking stories and all of has had a common thread to bond. We are going to do it again next. This year being our first we learned alot of what to do and what not to do. Number one do not wait to last minute!
